“Tommy” device for disabled people

Tommy is a cutting-edge parking deterrent to monitor and protect parking spaces reserved to drivers with disabilities.

It is a squared plate installed on the pavement of each reserved parking space. Thanks to an identification device given to users, the system is able to determine if a parked car is authorised to stay or if it is parked illegally.

If a vehicle is parked in a reserved bay with no rights to stay, a siren is automatically switched on, like an antitheft alarm, in order to communicate the irregular situation.

Sky Light Sensor has been integrated inside the latest version of the Tommy plate to detect when a parking space becomes vacant or occupied and communicate the information to the rest of the system.

WHY SKY LIGHT SYSTEMS?

WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY

Elimination of weak points of wiring, as layout restrictions and cable break

THE MOST ACCURATE SENSOR

Three detection technologies combined with an advanced algorithm

EASILY REMOVABLE

Easy and fast operations during road maintenance activities

EASY INTEGRATION

Sky Light Sensor communicates information to other components in the device over a serial port
